When ever I go to large populated places I see ppl with blue names and then I see some ppl with a dark blue name. Whats the diffrence?

Dark Blue = Person is in a team
Blue = Person is not in a team

I used to wonder about this too

I believe light blue are people who are the only person in their party whereas dark there is multiple people in the party.

dark blue = people with cooties. stay away from them.

or perhaps it's just that they're in a group already and the dark blue name indicates that.

Or you could say on/not on a team, if it's a PvP outpost.

The Light Blue will also have their first- and second profession over their head with there levels as well I think, making it much easier to find players of your request in crowded areas
